Precious ally for solving problems linked to poor digestion, reduces cramps and feelings of nausea.
Reduces the volume of gas produced in the intestine and relieves pain resulting from colic and abdominal pain.

SKIN
Reduces inflammation of the skin and soothes pain in the case of abscesses and pimples.

UROGENITAL SYSTEM
Indicated to regulate the menstrual cycle, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, premenstrual tension.

[use mode]DIFFUSER FOR ENVIRONMENT
3-6 drops in 100ml of water depending on the type of essence.

BATH
Mix up to 8 drops in cream, milk, oils vegetable or sea salt depending on the type of essence (essential oils are volatile substances that are poorly soluble in water, while they are soluble in fatty, alcoholic substances, in vegetable oils in sea salt).

STEAM FOR INHALATIONS (FUFUMES)
2-3 drops in a pan of boiling water depending on the type of essence.

MASSAGE
Pour a few drops into a spoonful of vegetable oil for massages.

COSMETICS
Add a few drops to cream and neutral detergents or vegetable oils for skin applications.

[precautions]
Use in moderation, avoid application before UV treatments, exposure to very hot and humid environments.
Avoid applications near the eyes, in some subjects it may cause allergies or sensitization.
Use diluted.
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Use small quantities and if necessary increase gradually.
Follow the instructions of expert personnel (doctor or phytotherapist) in case of internal use; in case of inappropriate ingestion consult a doctor.
Do not use in case of chronic diseases and during pregnancy; If in doubt, consult a doctor/pharmacist.
In case of use of essential oils photosensitizing do not expose the affected areas to light to at least 12 hours.
